Creative Director

Summary

We are seeking for a Creative Director at Evergreen Supply Network to lead our creative strategy, elevate our brand presence, and guide a talented team of creatives toward exceptional execution.
The Creative Director will be responsible for setting and executing the creative vision of the company across all channels. This role combines strategic leadership, creative direction, and team management, ensuring all creative output aligns with business goals, brand standards, and audience expectations.

Duties

* Define and lead the overall creative strategy and brand direction
* Oversee creative development for marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, print, and video
* Lead, mentor, and manage designers, writers, and other creative professionals
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
* Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications
* Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables
* Present creative ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders
* Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
* Stay informed on design trends, tools, and emerging creative best practices

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required)
* 3+ years of professional experience in creative roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or Creative Director–level position
* Proven experience leading creative teams and managing end-to-end creative projects
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative thinking, branding, and execution
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
