The Corporate Communication Specialist will manage internal and external corporate communications for the North American region, driving engagement, fostering community connections, and enhancing Sibelco's reputation. A key responsibility will be leading the rebranding of Strategic Management Inc. (SMI) to Sibelco. With a focus on creative storytelling, you will align communications with business objectives, promote company culture, and support change initiatives. This individual contributor role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with global teams. Your Impact in This Role As a Corporate Communications Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage internal and external corporate communication strategies across the North American region, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and external partner needs.
• Develop and distribute impactful messaging through various media, including internal and external websites, posters, and videos.
• Advise leadership on the most effective communication channels and tailor strategies to meet diverse audience needs.
• Uphold adherence to communication, branding, and style guidelines to maintain consistency across the region.
• Monitor, measure, and report on communication initiatives to assess and enhance their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and the Global Communications team to ensure consistency and maximize content use across channels

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in communications (preferred), marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record in managing internal and external communication strategies and rebranding projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional storytelling and strategic thinking skills to align communications with business objectives.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
