Contract Conformance Specialist
Join Our Client as a Contract Conformance Specialist in Houston TX a premier energy leader building tomorrow's energy systems safely, reliably, and sustainably! We seek a pro with a degree and 7+ years of SCM contract drafting and negotiation experience. location: Houston, Texas

salary: $59.25 - 74.07 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including EPC and Services contracts, while resolving supplier redlines within defined risk parameters.
- Advise SCM and business stakeholders on appropriate contract type selection by interpreting scope, risk profiles, joint ventures, and entity considerations.
- Coordinate and align input from internal teams including Legal, Risk, Insurance, Safety, and Tax to resolve contract issues before supplier communications.
- Create and maintain precise contract records in Oracle, documenting legal feedback, negotiation rationale, and approved deviations to ensure complete auditability.
- Identify recurring contracting trends and template gaps to help develop playbooks, alternate clauses, and improved intake guidance.
