· Minimum of 5 years’ professional work experience in Digital/Performance/Content/Growth Marketing

· Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills

· Strong copy and messaging skills; confident with CRM/automation and funnel builders

· High level of proficiency with digital tools and structured processes

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture

· A genuine interest in personal and professional development

· An interest in social media and marketing, with a willingness to learn and apply digital marketing tools
