Position Overview

As an In-Market Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will manage the complete sales process from prospecting and lead generation through policy placement and relationship management.

You'll work directly with consumers to identify their insurance needs and provide customized solutions across a variety of personal insurance products.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting

  • Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs

  • Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options

  • Present personalized solutions for:

    • Auto Insurance

    • Homeowners Insurance

    • Renters Insurance

    • Life Insurance

    • Umbrella Coverage

    • Small Business Insurance

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Prepare quotes and policy recommendations

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline

  • Close new business and achieve sales goals

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred

  • Customer service experience strongly preferred

  • Insurance industry experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

Licensing

  • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required

  • Life & Health License is a plus

  • Candidates willing to obtain licensing are encouraged to apply
