Heavy Lifters Details:

• Temporary position
• $13.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm )

Identify defects: Inspect and assess foam products for quality issues, including improper cuts, inconsistencies, or cosmetic flaws.Execute rework processes: Use hand tools, precision cutting devices, and adhesives to correct and repair foam products.Maintain quality standards: Adhere to strict quality control guidelines and use measuring tools (e.g., rulers) to ensure finished products meet all specifications.Operate equipment: Safely and efficiently operate various foam processing and cutting machines used in the rework process.Document and report: Accurately record rework activities, material usage, and quality data. Report on trends to help identify root causes of defects.Collaborate with teams: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to address recurring quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.Safety and housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.

Heavy Lifters Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy objects repetitively, no absences within the first 90 days
