Account Manager, EMS and Fire - Texas
WHO WE ARE
RightSite is changing how EMS navigates care. We partner with EMS on-site to connect non-emergent patients with an ER Telehealth Physician and a Patient Navigator, guiding patients to the right site of care in real time. Our model improves patient experience, reduces unnecessary transports, and allows EMS agencies to remain available for critical emergencies, delivering higher quality care at a lower cost for communities.
WHO YOU ARE
As an EMS Account Manager, you are the primary relationship owner for RightSite’s EMS partners. You build trust with EMS leaders, operations teams, and frontline users, ensuring strong adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success of the RightSite program.
You are not a traditional quota-carrying salesperson. Instead, you support Sales by strengthening existing relationships, enabling successful launches, identifying expansion opportunities, and helping partners see ongoing value in the program. You understand EMS culture, operational realities, and public sector decision making, and you show up as a credible, reliable partner.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and work closely with Sales, Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure partners are supported from launch through scale.
