- Patient Base: Largely Medicaid office with some PPO patients
- Work Schedule: 4 days/week, no weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
- Income Potential: $300,000-$400,000+
- Guaranteed Minimum: $800-$1,000 per day
- Production Bonus: 30%+ of production

Candidate Requirements:
- Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Texas dental license.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only
