What You'll Do:

As a key part of our yard and logistics team, you’ll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll support traffic control crews by ensuring the yard is clean, materials are ready, and operations are flowing smoothly:

• Keep the yard organized, clean, and operating efficiently—your space is your pride!
• Pick and prep materials and equipment for daily jobs with accuracy and speed
• Organize, restock, and manage cones, signs, sandbags, and other traffic control gear
• Fill, stack, and inventory sandbags as needed for upcoming projects
• Assist with unloading/loading trucks and proper material placement
• Perform regular inventory checks and flag discrepancies early
• Communicate with the field team to keep jobs running on time
• Follow and enforce safety standards every step of the way
• Other tasks that may need to be completed

What We’re Looking For: 

We want a team player who’s dependable, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment:

• Previous yard, warehouse, or construction experience (preferred but not required)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter who can take initiative and stay motivated
• Great communication and teamwork abilities
• Outdoor and indoor yard/warehouse environment.
• Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
• Texas Drivers license
