We supply them with a vast selection of premium trees, shrubs, flowers, bedding plants, hard-to-find plants, and associated landscape items while providing them with tools and programs that help them be more efficient and profitable.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Nursery Yard Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role as the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to walk-in customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with plant material orders, advising on projects, explaining products and services, upselling, and facilitating the loading of products for a seamless customer experience and fast checkout. During downtime, you'll be responsible for maintaining your assigned zone, managing inventory, ensuring proper care of plants, optimizing visibility, and keeping an attractive display for customers. Additional duties include receiving new products, preparing will call and delivery orders and maintaining a clean and organized yard for optimal customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Spanish
• High school graduate
• 2 years of in-person customer service or sales experience
• Proven track record of relationship-building and achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of plants and experience in nursery or landscaping
• Superior communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changes swiftly
• Ability to work with systems and take orders on a tablet
• Comfortable working outside in the yard 100% of the time
• Quick learner with a willingness to develop a long-term career
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Passion for nature, plants, trees, gardening, and design
• Must be self-motivated and punctual
• Must work well with a team
• Forklift/Skidsteer operating experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
