Regional Operations Manager

Join a premier industrial leader in the 77093 area as our Regional Operations Manager, where you will drive operational excellence across a complex, multi-shift warehouse environment specializing in pipes, valves, and flanges. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you will lead a dedicated team of 40 employees—including warehouse managers and leads—to optimize safety, quality, and inventory accuracy while leveraging technical tools like SAP B1, PDMX, and MetalTrace. We are seeking a strategic leader with at least 5 years of experience and a background in Lean or Six Sigma who can hold teams accountable, document best practices, and execute process improvement projects across our regional facilities with up to 25% travel. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $130,000, providing an elite opportunity for a production-minded professional to manage P&L, oversee building maintenance, and mentor a high-performing workforce in a fast-paced industrial distribution hub.
