Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team. As the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while overseeing the overall operations of the facility.

- Financial Management: Oversee the facility's budget, financial planning, and cost control.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Resident Care: Promote a resident-centered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
