Trimming and smoking meats
We are looking for the right person to help us with our lead pit cook position. Early mornings 7am- 3pm reliability very important and a long term commitment a must. Really looking for someone with experience in bbq and references. Hourly + tips after training completion. All tips split by kitchen crew so hourly will range 20-30 plus with tips. Hourly negotiable based on experience.
