Product Manager, Curation & Content Tooling - Remote | WFH
Empower Content Creators with Cutting-Edge Tools: Design and improve creator tools that make content creation, organization, and discoverability easy. Collaborate closely with creators to understand their needs and deliver solutions that amplify their reach and impact.
Develop & Optimize Content Curation & Operations: Lead initiatives that streamline content workflows, improve operational efficiency, and introduce scalable content tools to enhance how content is organized and surfaced to users.
Lead the Product Development Lifecycle: From ideation to launch, guide the development of products that align with company goals and user needs.
Enhance Features Across Browse & Personalization: Improve browsing, search, and recommendation features. Use data insights to identify opportunities and optimize algorithms for personalized content and product recommendations based on users' shopping preferences and behaviors.
Drive Innovation in Content Strategy & Creator Tools: Enhance how users discover and browse across the platform. Develop new content tools, improve content structuring, and provide creators with tools to optimize their content for discovery.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with engineering, design, leadership, marketing, and other departments on new initiatives and the optimization of current projects.
Identify Opportunities for Content Discovery Innovation: Stay ahead of trends and incorporate new technologies to improve content curation and browsing across the platform.
Understand Our Users: Advocate for a data-driven approach to improve the customer experience. Leverage both qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply understand user needs.
Ensure Scalability: Focus on improving platform performance, ensuring that personalization and discovery features scale as the user base grows. What You Will Bring: 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in content discovery, browse, personalization, or similar product areas.
Proven experience with content strategy, operations, and developing content tools or creator tools.
Strong experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and metrics analysis.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists.
A strong understanding of user-centric product design and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
Familiarity with recommendation systems, search algorithms, and personalization techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
A mindset focused on identifying opportunities and moving with urgency.
Strong prioritization skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, or social shopping platforms.
Familiarity with machine learning models used in recommendation systems and content discovery.
Experience in user research, journey mapping, and identifying user pain points in discovery and browsing flows.
