What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with EDA Gen AI product R&D teams to design, prototype, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions using modern cloud and container technologies.
• Integrating Kubernetes, Helm, inference engines, API gateways, and the full Cloud Native stack to architect and deliver sophisticated AI products.
• Developing and steering the architectural vision for the Synopsys Platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and market relevance.
• Translating complex customer needs and technical requirements into comprehensive, deployable solutions that align with generative AI product goals.
• Leading and mentoring the AI product development team with a hands-on approach, fostering innovation and the adoption of best practices.
• Driving the deployment and integration of the Synopsys AI Platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders to refine architectural strategies and support successful product adoption.
• Staying abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to ensure Synopsys remains at the forefront of AI for EDA.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in software development—preferably with distributed technologies, and 2-3 years of experience in product management or solution architecture experience.
• Expertise in designing and deploying AI products with Kubernetes, Helm, and modern cloud-native stacks.
• Strong background in full-stack development and comprehensive understanding of AI product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge on inference servers (vLLM, TGI), NVIDIA NIM, LLM Gateways, MCPs, Agents, or similar advanced AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse technical teams, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
