Warehouse Associate – Cold Storage Operations

Pay & Opportunity:

• $16 per hour.
• Weekly pay through Openwork.

What You’ll Take On:

• Receive, organize, and stock inventory in deep-freeze storage.
• Select, build, and stage orders with accuracy and speed.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Maintain product quality through proper handling and secure storage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet productivity goals.

Work Environment:

• Primary work in a freezer environment below -20°F.
• Protective freezer gear provided (boots, gloves, suits, PPE).

Physical Expectations:

• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle thousands of lightweight items per shift.
• Continuous communication and awareness required for safe operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and physical ability test.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to work in a -20°F environment throughout the shift.
• English communication skills required; Spanish a plus.
• Must follow company dress and appearance standards.
• Smoke-free workplace.
