MUST HAVE PRODUCTION LINE MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE (Large machinery).

Multiple shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery such as milling machines, stamping presses, and assembly line equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications for production processes.
• Perform CAM programming to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
• Assemble and package finished products according to quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CAM programming is highly desirable.
• Experience operating stamping presses, milling machines, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of assembly line processes and packaging techniques.
• Ability to perform welding tasks as needed for assembly operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
