Data Entry Specialist
Southland Holdings is seeking a well-versed Data Entry Specialist individual to join our Accounts Payable team in Grapevine, TX.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collect and enter data into databases
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats
- Provide administrative support as necessary
- Previous experience TimberScan Sage
- Previous experience in clerical or data entry roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations and analysis
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
