Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CSI Engineering USA. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients by identifying and resolving issues related to engineering services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service quality and efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in technical support within the engineering industry.
- Experience working with prestigious clients and delivering top-tier engineering services.
- Knowledge of engineering software and tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour.
- Maximum Salary: $33 per hour.
