THE TEAM

The Pool team at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious outdoor environment. Working closely with the Pool Manager and poolside service team, the Poolside Food & Beverage Attendant plays an important role in ensuring the pool area remains welcoming, organized, and impeccably maintained while delivering attentive service that reflects Rosewood’s commitment to excellence.

YOUR ROLE

As a Poolside Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help create memorable moments for guests by maintaining an inviting and comfortable poolside environment. You will be a key point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, supporting poolside food and beverage operations, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service are consistently upheld.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Welcome pool guests, escort them to available seating, and provide information about poolside services, amenities, and cabana rentals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the pool deck by managing towels, chair covers, and overall guest areas.
• Assist guests with special requests, seating arrangements, umbrellas, and other needs to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with poolside service attendants and team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Support food and beverage service by assisting with guest orders and operational needs as required.
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards, Forbes Travel Guide standards, and LQA service expectations while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, or a poolside environment and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences.
• You are highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• You communicate confidently and effectively with guests, colleagues, and managers.
• You work well both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented approach.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain, required TABC and Food Handler certifications in accordance with company requirements.
• You are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and can safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving equipment as needed.
