Job Description:

FINBOA is seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our books, performing audits, and handling accounts receivable and payable.

What you will do:

● Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

● Manage all accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

● Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

● Prepare and post journal entries, with a particular focus on accruals, to accurately reflect financial transactions.

● Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

● Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

● Collaborate with the tax team as needed (KNAV Advisory Inc. prepares FINBOA's tax returns).

What we are looking for:

● Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role with 2-3 years of bookkeeping or similar accounting experience.

● Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

● Proficiency in QuickBooks Online accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

● Strong time management and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

● A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.

Compensation: $64,967.00 - $70,000.00 per year
