  • Align change strategy with the intent and objectives of enterprise programs such as Lead to-Cash

  • Serve as the change lead for priority enterprise programs, working directly with program, business, and delivery leaders

  • Design and execute practical, outcome-oriented change approaches tailored to each program

  • Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to build alignment and visible sponsorship

  • Identify gaps between program delivery and realized value and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working on complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility

  • Experience partnering closely with program, business, and technology leaders

  • 10–12+ years of experience leading change and adoption for large-scale enterprise programs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong program-level execution mindset
