Technician

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to become a State Inspector and ASE Certified (if not already).

Business Hours & Schedule:

• Shop Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM daily.
• Fridays: Shop-provided lunch during weekly team meeting.
• Schedule: 45 hours per week, hours to be determined during the hiring process.
• No weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and shop expectations.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work toward becoming a State Inspector and ASE Certified if not already.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years professional automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to grow with the company and take on certifications.
