Regional Branch Administrator
- Minimum 7 years of progressive banking experience with at least 3 years in a branch management or multi-unit leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Proven track record in customer service and operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management best practices.
- Ability to travel between branches as required.
