Creative Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Creative Vision: Define and communicate the creative vision for each project, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of designers and artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of creative solutions.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating to understand their needs, provide creative insights, and present design concepts.
• Design Execution: Contribute hands-on design work, producing high-quality visual assets that meet the project requirements.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continuously enhance the quality of our work.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative materials to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a screen print shop or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, digital assets, and branding projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of screen printing processes and techniques is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
