Construction Assembler (2nd Shift)

We’re seeking positive team players to join our clients as Construction Assemblers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble construction components according to blueprints and diagrams
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
• Utilize hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches effectively
• Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards and specifications
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills Needed:

• SPANISH speaking PREFERRED
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Proficiency in using a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
• Skilled in using various hand tools
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Prior experience with machine operation is preferred
• Experience working with wood is a plus

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unattended, and perform tasks that involve stooping, reaching, bending, kneeling, and squatting
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse and occasionally outdoors

Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
