Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads operate on 70% drop and hook, reducing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings are $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on the hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles a week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
