REQUIREMENTS
- Prior law firm experience.
- A master's degree, with a preference for a PhD, in biological/medical sciences, chemistry, or a related field; or significant experience doing patent preparation and prosecution in a related life sciences field.
- A robust academic background and a passion for innovation
- Admission to practice before the USPTO.
