Marketing Team Leader
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a creative mindset, and a strategic approach to marketing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target customer demographics.
- **Campaign Management:** Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and drive business success.
Starting pay:$18.50/hour
