Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations at Tommy’s Express Carwash. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the site, leading a team of employees, and delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of car wash attendants and support staff
2. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
3. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management
4. Maintain and monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
6. Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols
7. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the site
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and customer retention
