THE TEAM
The Global Residential team drives the commercial, financial, and operational performance of Rosewood’s expanding branded residential portfolio. The team plays a central role in planning, launching, and managing residential projects across global markets, ensuring profitability, owner confidence, and alignment with Rosewood’s luxury standards.
This role reports directly to the SVP Residential, Global, partnering closely with Corporate Finance, Development, Feasibility, Operations, property leaders, owners, and developers.
YOUR ROLE
As the Manager, Finance Business Partner – Residential, Global, you will strengthen the financial foundations of Rosewood’s Residential business and ensure it operates as a disciplined, high‑margin vertical. You will provide financial leadership, commercial insight, and analytical depth across the full lifecycle of residential projects.
You will own the consolidated Residential P&L, deliver forward‑looking financial visibility, and guide decisions on growth initiatives, deal economics, project prioritization, and long‑term planning. Your work will enhance transparency, improve forecasting, and support trusted partnerships with your team, property teams, owners, and developers.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Own and maintain the consolidated Residential P&L, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Group reporting.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑year financial projections for the Residential portfolio.
- Forecast license fee revenue by project and provide visibility on timing, phasing, and commercial implications.
- Review and support the development of pre‑opening budgets, HOA dues, and residential operating assumptions.
- Analyze budgets and operating costs across projects to identify trends, benchmarks, and margin opportunities.
- Develop scalable financial frameworks, tools, and assumptions to enhance comparability and consistency across the global portfolio.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You demonstrate progressive Real Estate or Residential Project finance experience, with Branded Residential beneficial.
- You bring strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven ability to partner strategically with business leaders.
- You’re highly skilled in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, with a track record of owning a P&L.
- You can navigate ambiguity and enjoy building frameworks, processes, and tools from the ground up.
- You understand HOA budgeting, service charge structures, and residential operating economics.
- You communicate confidently, translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
