Call Center Rep
Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service.
- Address client questions regarding our environmental consulting services, including assessments, compliance, and management solutions.
- Accurately record client information and service requests into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Efficiently direct calls and enquiries to the relevant technical specialists or departments within the company.
- Schedule appointments and consultations between clients and our environmental consultants.
- Handle and resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex problems where necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- An interest in environmental science or sustainability would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
