Job Summary

Lucky T Ranch Restaurant is hiring a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality, home-style meals our guests know and love.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistency, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll play a key role in executing dishes correctly, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting a smooth, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards

• Ensure all dishes meet quality, portion, and presentation expectations

• Maintain consistency in taste, timing, and execution

Station Management

• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures

• Keep your station prepared for efficient service at all times

Kitchen Operations

• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket execution

• Assist with prep work, stocking, and basic kitchen tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to follow directions and recipes accurately

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to learn and support the kitchen wherever needed

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and peak hours
