Position Highlights :

• Schedule : 40-50 hours / week, with seasonal variation (some weeks less than 40 hours)
• No OB, Hearts, Trauma, Neonates, or Transplants
• No In-House Call : Our call ends by 7 PM.
• Regional Anesthesia Training : We offer funding for the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth.
• Location Flexibility : Providers are credentialed across multiple facilities for greater flexibility.
• 1099 Rate
• Partnership Track : 2 years to partnership for full-time W2 employees with shares for tenure and leadership.
• 401(k) : Company match (effective 90 days after employment)
• Paid Malpractice Insurance : Up to $8,000 / year (tail coverage provided upon retirement)
• CME : Up to $3,000 / year
• Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability : 60% salary paid for short-term, company paid for long-term
• PTO & Holidays : Reasonable PTO, plus 7 paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
• FSA / HSA options for full-time employees

Qualifications :

• ABA board certified or eligible (certified within 7 years of residency)
• Willingness to work independently in an ambulatory, fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations
