I’ve built my agency with a strong foundation in State Farm experience, opening our first location in Arlington on January 1, 2020, and expanding into Fort Worth on February 1, 2025. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for integrity, accountability, and doing what’s right for customers and teammates alike. Our team is dynamic, diverse, and driven - we’ve created a culture rooted in honesty, growth, and collaboration, where we celebrate successes and support one another through challenges. Community involvement is a core part of who we are. Each quarter, we host events to provide breakfast, lunch, school supplies, and other essentials to local businesses and schools. We also invest heavily in development through weekly in-house trainings and annual opportunities for offsite learning. With two centrally located offices in Arlington and Fort Worth, we offer convenience and flexibility for both team members and customers. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cecy Diaz Win - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
