About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to join our growing apparel business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, online sales, and direct sales , along with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Apparel industry experience is strongly preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities in B2B, online, and direct sales channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

Business Development:

  • Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Travel to customer locations and trade shows when required.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor pipeline and forecast future sales performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team.
  • Set KPIs and performance goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager.
  • Strong B2B Sales experience.
  • Experience in Online Sales & Direct Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience using CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Apparel / Garment / Textile Industry Experience.
  • Existing industry relationships and customer network.
  • Experience working with U.S. customers and retailers.
