Paralegal - Plaintiff (Houston or Dallas)

You’ll be working directly with a senior trial team on complex, high-stakes personal injury cases—primarily involving  catastrophic injuries and commercial vehicle accidents . This role calls for a  seasoned paralegal  who understands the full litigation cycle and is comfortable prepping cases for trial. It’s a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully to significant results and learn from some of the top attorneys in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury litigation files from intake through verdict

• Handle discovery, document production, and deposition preparation

• Coordinate with medical providers, expert witnesses, and investigators

• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and other trial-related materials

• Organize and maintain detailed case files and litigation calendars

• Support attorneys with hearing and mediation prep

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of litigation experience  in personal injury law

• Deep familiarity with  commercial trucking and catastrophic injury cases

• Proven ability to support  active trial dockets

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills

• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-moving caseload
