Description/Notes:Collaborate with the Director of Counseling and Student Services and partner Lead Nurse of Health Services to coordinate and manage the district health services program by promoting, improving and maintaining student and staff health. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
Qualifications: Education/Certification/Licensure
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university
CPR/AED certification
Texas certification for Vision and Hearing certification, instructor preferred
Ability to implement district policies and procedures
Ability to manage personnel and budgets
Ability to identify emerging issues involving school health
Ability to promote wellness through district health services program
Strong organizational, communication, public relations and interpersonal skills Experience
Experience equivalent to five years in nursing/health administration related work
Experience as a school nurse for 2+ years.
