Project Manager
Join a dynamic and growing organization as an Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the business. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality operations, while fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional service to clients. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize processes, and support the company’s mission of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals, address employee concerns, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by resolving service issues and continuously improving the customer experience.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, including forecasting, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions to meet financial goals.
- Develop and enhance operational systems, processes, and reporting to support business objectives and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including tracking pricing, service levels, and approving operational invoices.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to implement policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform regular quality control inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer and employee issues.
- Support inventory management and cost control initiatives in partnership with relevant teams.
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in operations or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams, managing projects, and driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability, dependability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
