As an Environmental Scientist , you’ll work on challenging projects that make a difference. From waste treatment to site remediation, you’ll collaborate with experts in the field to deliver top-tier environmental solutions, all while developing your skills and growing your career.
What You'll Do:
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Project Management Support: Assist in creating reports, analyzing data, and ensuring project success from start to finish.
- Fieldwork: Collect soil and groundwater samples, document field activities, and perform manual or mechanical remediation tasks.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to environmental spills and other urgent situations.
- Safety First: Prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved in all phases of each project.
- Technical Expertise: Use and maintain field equipment, coordinate waste profiling, and manage disposal documentation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of environmental science experience.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Self-starter, problem-solver, team player with a strong work ethic.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test, and willingness to travel to remote job sites.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
