The Role Join a 6+ doctor Emergency & Specialty team
Prior emergency experience or completion of a rotating internship required
Predominantly day and swing shifts, with only occasional overnight shifts expected
Practice evidence-based medicine without administrative production pressure
Opportunities to pursue ABVP specialization or an ER fellowship
Strong culture of collaboration, mentorship, and professional development Available Shifts
Day: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
Swing: 2:00 PM-2:00 AM
Overnight: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Compensation & Benefits
$140,000-$150,000 base salary, negotiable depending on experience
Monthly production bonuses - 22%+ production, negotiable, with no negative accrual
$200,000+ annual gross income very achievable
