Your role as a Mid - Rise Maintenance Lead
As a Full Time Mid-Rise Maintenance Lead at Zen Living Management, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks aimed at enhancing property performance. You will oversee and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all service requests are completed within 24 hours and that rent-ready products are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You will actively participate in hands-on maintenance tasks, leading by example and demonstrating best practices. Daily coaching and mentoring of your team will be essential to maintain high performance standards and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
You will also manage the turn process, coordinating with leasing teams to streamline workflows that support timely renewals and collections. Effective communication with your team and other departments will be vital to align on priorities and enhance overall asset success. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain an alternating on-call schedule, handling emergencies and ensuring uninterrupted property operations.
