A Leading Outdoors Advertisment Organization is looking for a Jr Market Controller! Are you a strategic thinker with a keen eye for data interpretation and a passion for driving change within business operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Market Controller, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, providing pivotal financial guidance and analysis to Sales, Operations, and Creative Services SBUs. Reporting directly to the President, this role demands a blend of analytical prowess, collaboration, and a strong sense of self-awareness.

Essential Functions

• Operational Excellence : Analyze and resolve operational/administrative performance deficiencies through data interpretation, numeric analysis, and real estate analysis.
• Cross-Market Collaboration : Work closely with counterparts in three other markets, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
• Trusted Advisor : Serve as a trusted advisor to the president and executive team, providing insightful recommendations based on data-driven analyses.
• Financial Oversight : Monitor activities and expenses related to the capital budget, lead financial reporting and modeling using tools such as Excel, pivot tables, and Power BI.
• Strategic Decision Support : Perform operational needs analysis, make recommendations for current and future capital expenditures, and advise on inclusion in operating expense budgets.
• Policy Development : Recommend and assist the executive team in defining policies, procedures, and standards for overall operational market performance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Internal Controls : Manage the execution of internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields.
• 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience with the ability to interpret financial data with precision.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge, including SQL, data analysis, Power BI, Excel, and pivot tables.
• Accurate and self-aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Public Accounting experience is a plus.

Location & Compensation

This opportunity is onsite, west of the airport. The salary range is $80k - $85k.
