LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Enterprise Application Architect on behalf of our client, a global, highly respected organization known for tackling complex business challenges through innovation and technology excellence. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Enterprise Application Architect , you’ll play a critical role in defining and executing enterprise application strategy. You’ll partner closely with fellow architects, IT leaders and business stakeholders to design future-state solutions that are secure, scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
You’ll balance big-picture architecture planning with hands-on leadership, guiding governance, evaluating emerging technologies and ensuring consistent delivery of value across the enterprise.
What’s the job?
Lead the development of target-state enterprise application architecture aligned with overall Enterprise Architecture vision
Ensure application designs align with organizational standards, security requirements and long-term business objectives
Develop and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures and architecture building blocks (ABB)
Guide evaluation, selection and implementation of enterprise platforms and solutions
Identify capability gaps and define roadmaps to support continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders on strategic initiatives
Monitor emerging technology trends and assess enterprise impact and value
Communicate architecture roadmaps, target states and progress to senior leadership
Lead and influence architects, technology owners and subject matter experts across the organization
What’s needed?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Architecture, ideally within a global organization
Strong expertise in architecture governance, application design patterns and industry best practices
Hands-on experience with Microsoft M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, ERP systems, SaaS, PaaS, Salesforce, MuleSoft and ServiceNow
Experience delivering solutions in Agile and traditional project management environments
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive change
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and IT teams
TOGAF and Microsoft Azure certifications preferred; MBA a plus
