DATA ENTRY CLERK
Position: Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database and maintaining the integrity of our information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our database system
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data is not lost
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
