Position: Electronic Soldering Assembler (Full-Time)
Location: Northwest Houston
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10s)
Overtime: Fridays 7:00 AM–5:30 PM / Saturdays 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, based on business needs
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Soldering Assembler to join our client’s expanding team in NW Houston. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble a variety of mechanical and electrical components with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Follow ISO-9001 standards and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Accurately verify inventory against work orders.
• Complete daily production reports to support tracking and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Remain adaptable and flexible as production priorities shift.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of electrical soldering experience, particularly with circuit boards.
• At least 2 years of light manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures.
• Willing and able to work a consistent four-day, 10-hour shift schedule.
• Open to overtime as needed.
