responsibilities:

• Experience in implementations, or operations a plus!
• Proven interpersonal and project management skills.
• An ability to work under the direction of management in a team environment and independently.
• Technical and business social skills, with the ability to explain complicated scenarios.

qualifications:
Assisting clients with professionalism while following measurable business goals, establishing rapport, and showing appreciation, making them feel valued via phone or email.

Effectively using internal resources (e.g., computer systems, online resources, and business partner relationships) to arrive at the right solution.

Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with perseverance to resolve issues and processing transactions accurately.

Taking initiative for acquiring the expertise and knowledge to optimally resolve customer issues.
