Bottega Salaria is a service-driven Italian restaurant located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Our team is focused on warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and a collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking a Food Runner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a strong team.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
Ensure dishes are presented correctly and to restaurant standards
Communicate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth service flow
Assist servers with table support, including clearing and resetting when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas
Help maintain proper pacing between the kitchen and dining room
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to move quickly and stay organized during busy service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
Competitive hourly pay plus tip share

Evening shifts. Wednesday–Sunday availability preferred.
