Job Duties and Qualifications
Responsibilities include: Responsible for working with the Product Development & Commercialization process for new technologies to be implemented globally within the PSL. Coordinates the cross-functional resources required to realize the full value of a new product introduction. Conducts internal training on a new product and develops training plan and documentation. Establishes communication and support networks and develops and implements external communication plans. Develops commercialization plans, target customers, and case histories. Provides operational and sales needs and input to focused product development (FPD) on global deployment and marketing plans. Coordinates FPD, manufacturing, and deployment actions, implements performance measures system, and creates enthusiasm for new product. For commercialization of products will assist in deployment of the products by supporting client reviews, witness and support of chemical lab testing and field execution and support follow-up case history preparation. The SPC will support submission of technical papers to communicate product success to venues such as SPE AADE or other relevant industry functions.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Product Champion-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
- Experience working in multiple client environments including operations that support both onshore, offshore and deepwater operations.
- Experience working in various tendering environments for multiple clients in US Operations and International operations.
- Experience presenting client reviews and technical presentations in one on one interactions as well as major forums such as Technical conferences or Client forums.
- Experience working with negotiations on contracts and tenders, understanding the procurement process of clients.
- Experience working in a minimum of one international location as well as a US operations center for delivery of services.
