Primary Responsibilities:
AI Platform Engineer to design, develop and support AI Platform.
Support day-to-day operations of Robotic Process Automation BOTs in production environment that generate multi-million dollar benefit to business.
The role demands strong technical skills in understanding AI models, applications, network, databases, Windows VDIs troubleshooting and analysis.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio issues along with administering Microsoft PowerPlatform for PowerAutomate and CoPilot.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues falling under RPA and AI environment.
Liaison with appropriate teams (e.g., development, infrastructure, business) for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve RPA.
The role requires to work in office location and/or with hybrid work model.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test, deploy, document, support) experience.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
Proven experience in administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate and Copilot Studio including creation, configuration, security, and lifecycle management (development, test, production).
Working knowledge in developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and CoPilot Studio.
Working knowledge of at least one leading RPA Platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services relevant to AI and automation.
Experience with programming language such as Python and R.
Ability to create, read/understand and modify/enhance Python, R, VB.net or C# code for diagnosis, integration with RPA/AI tool.
Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to interpret process diagrams.
Effective time management with a focus on prioritization. A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
Demonstrable knowledge and familiarity with configuration of PL/SQL and Oracle Databases.
Experience creating simple PL/SQL queries, running pre-defined scripts, configuration, security, and interpreting logs and traces.
General understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.
Experience with one Object Oriented language (e.x. C++, Java, C#).
Understanding of basic Large Language Model (LLM) concepts.
RPA development, deployment, and monitoring & support experience in Cloud environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of Windows Servers 2012/2016/2019 server O/S.
Basic scripting skills with PowerShell and/or VB script.
Familiar with credential management software like CyberArk.
Relevant certifications in RPA, Python, R.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate or similar certifications are a significant plus.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related technical field.
